LE WALT LOVES THE JULES VERNE

The Jules Verne is a mythical restaurant in Paris. Located on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, it is prized for its incredible view of the City of Light.

This sumptuous restaurant reaches 125 m above the ground and offers 3 exceptional views of the Quai Branly, the Trocadero and the Champ de Mars.

In addition to its unobstructed views of Paris, you can discover the Iron Lady in a different way. Its alcove, where only two tables are available, offers a view of the interior of the Eiffel Tower. As for the Jules Verne's counter, it offers a hypnotic view of the Iron Lady's mechanism.

An important point that makes its reputation is its cuisine. Thanks to the three-starred chef Frédéric Anton, the restaurant obtained its first Michelin star in 2020. He offers a refined and graphic gastronomic cuisine. This chef will amaze you with his excellent mastery and his taste for detail.

AN EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE

As soon as we arrive, the restaurant takes us on an extraordinary journey.

As you may have guessed, this restaurant pays tribute to the famous novelist Jules Verne. From the entrance, decorated with his bust and his library filled with his novels, to the menu initialled with these quotations, the homage is present in the smallest details.

The chef offers us with his inventive cuisine tasting menus in 5 or 7 courses leaving room for intuition and spontaneity.

You won't be disappointed because Chef Anton chooses dishes of exceptional quality for these menus. His mantra is to highlight the products that nature offers us.
